Discovery FIeld Service has been an established practice within DDE, which applied to servicing our own equipment as well as third party rigs. No matter how far the rigs are, no matter how bad the situation is, we are happy to get to the customer’s location in a shortest possible time to help them and prevent or reduce the downtime. DDE has a group of technicians, engineers and servicemen focused on helping out the client with a short notice. With our customers DDE has a 24 hrs availability policy allowing to call for technician at any time a day. Also the field service includes rig down / rig up and rig moving advice.

The inspection service includes Complete rig or component inspection as per API or another required certification criteria.
